"Austin, there were just too many mishandled items when it came to writing my policy. Along with all the other mishaps, I just learned our name was spelled incorrectly on the Homeowners policy. You made excuses for all the other errors, but there is no reason you can explain away the number of errors in writing our policies. Some of which, still have not been corrected. I know you asked me to change my rating but I am sticking with this. Not only because of all the mistakes made, but also the attitude of your staff in correcting those mistakes."
